Dolphin Lifts Group at The OT Show 2015

The Dolphin Lifts Group will be exhibiting at the OT Show this year on Stand E25. We are delighted to be launching the new Handi-Move 2800 ceiling hoists, the new seat sling and the updated body support system.

Another extremely useful product that we will be demonstrating is the Handi-Move wall lift hoist, this innovative device is often installed if a ceiling hoist is not feasible or desirable, for example if the ceiling is too low or not suitable to fix to.

Completing the Handi-Move line up on this year's stand will be the portable motor, on display for people to try in conjunction with the body support, seat sling or a conventional loop sling.

We will also have a Flow curved stairlift on the stand, the Flow's unique "auto powered" chair swivelling system allows the lift to be installed on the narrowest of staircases.

Dolphin Mobility to showcase Handi-Move hoists at Naidex

Dolphin Lifts, in partnership with Handi-Move International, will be showcasing the unique Body Support System at this years Naidex. The body support enables users with sufficient muscle tone to self-hoist and transfer independently, potentially saving thousands of pounds in care costs.

Visitors to Naidex National, Stand D34, will also be able to try working examples of the Victor Mobile Hoist, the 3-in-1 Mobile Shower Bathing Trolley, the Wall Mounted Hoist and the Handi-Move Swimming Pool Hoist.

Handimove Pool Lift Hoist

A new addition to Dolphin Mobility's pool lift portfolio is the Handimove Pool Lift. Suitable for indoor and outdoor use, the Handimove can be removed from its socket by the press of a button and is easily stored by one carer.

The body support system or conventional looped slings are used to transfer the user into the swimming pool based on the requirements of the pool lift user. The lift is battery powered and features emergency lowering and stop switches.

If the portability of the gantry is the most important factor then the Travel Track may be the most suitable system. The track folds up into a wheeled travel case and is probably the easiest hoist to erect, dismantle and transport.

The portable nature of the Travel Track reduces the load capacity, which is limited to 130 kg, and it is important to bear this in mind before you buy. The V3 and Voyager portable hoists can also be used with this gantry system.
